                                                                                            2019 RESULTS

Game 1 - Franklin at Greendale.  First game of the season, the Lady Panthers gave up their first goal of the match in the fourth minute of the game.  Franklin scored the second in the 14th minute and the third in the 29th minute making it a 3 nil halftime lead for the Sabers.  Although play improved for Greendale in the second half with opportunities to score, Franklin added their fourth in the 73rd minute making it a 4 nil final.  Woodland Conference:  0-0-0;   Overall:  0-1-0

Game 2 - Greendale at Shorewood.  Greendale held off the Greyhounds until the middle of the first half where they scored on a close range shot, making it a 1 nil halftime score.  Greendale had a few good chances in the second half but unfortunately could not find the back of the net.  Shorewood added two more in the second making it a 3 nil loss for Greendale.  Woodland Conference:  0-1-0;   Overall:  0-2-0

Game 3 - Muskego at Greendale.  The Panthers unfortunately fell behind in the 4th minute of the game and gave up a second goal in the middle of the first making it 2 nil in favor of Muskego at halftime.  The Warriors added two more in the second making it a 4 nil final.  Woodland Conference:  0-1-0;   Overall:  0-3-0

Game 4 - Mukwonago at Greendale.  The Panthers started down once again by giving up goals in the 24th and 29th minutes of the game.  The first goal of the season for Greendale was scored in the 49th minute of the game on a free kick by junior midfielder Chloe Lewis, bringing to a 2 to 1 score in the second half.  Unfortunately, the team gave up another 5 goals making it a 7 to 1 final in favor of Mukwonago.  Woodland Conference:  0-1-0;   Overall:  0-4-0

Game 5 - Brown Deer at Greendale.  GHS opened up scoring with the first goal by Freshman forward Addie Stott in the 23rd minute of the game.  The second came in the 36th minute by Freshman midfielder Tori Donnelly, assisted by senior midfield captain Desa Vorkapich.  Sophomore forward Jovana Pupovac added the third goal in the 40th and Desa Vorkapich in the 43rd, making it a 4 nil halftime lead in favor of the Panthers.  Vorkapich added three more scoring in the 50th, 67th and 73rd minutes of the game.  Senior captain Nina Delgadillo added to the lead in the 78th and the 9th and final goal was scored by Freshman forward Danijela Gallo in the 89th.  Senior goalkeeper Nina Delgadillo earned her first shutout of the season.  Woodland Conference:  1-1-0;   Overall:  1-4-0

Game 6 - Catholic Memorial at Greendale.  Greendale started out relatively strong and did not give one up to the Division III state runner up team until 26th minute on a goal that hit the post and just went over the line, which was the only goal of the first half.  Memorial added three more in the second half where the final ended at 4 nil.  Woodland Conference:  1-1-0;   Overall:  1-5-0

Game 7 - Greendale at Pewaukee.  Pewaukee opened up the scoring in the 19th minute of the game, added a second in the 44th in which the Pirates lead at half two nil.  They added two more in the second resulting in a 4 nil final.  Woodland Conference:  1-2-0;   Overall:  1-6-0

Game 8 - Wisconsin Lutheran at Greendale.  The Lady Panthers opened up the game by dominating possession and having numerous scoring opportunities in the first half.  It remained scoreless after 45 minutes of play.  The first goal for Greendale was scored in the 51st minute of the game by senior forward Anna Turdo with a close range shot.  The second of the game was scored by junior midfielder Chloe Lewis in the 65th minute, assisted by senior junior captain Desa Vorkapich.  Lewis also scored in the 69th minute on an assist by Freshman Addie Stott.  Senior captain goalkeeper Nina Delgadillo earned her second conference shutout of the season. 
Woodland Conference:  2-2-0;   Overall:  2-6-0

Game 9 - Greendale at Greenfield.  Scoring opened up in the 5th minute of the game by junior midfielder Chloe Lewis.  The second goal of the game came in the 15th minute by Freshman forward Addie Stott.  The third was scored in the 39th minute on a goal by sophomore forward Jovana Pupovac, assisted by Lewis making it 3 nil in favor of Greendale at halftime.  Two minutes into the half, senior forward Anna Turdo found the back of the net.  The fifth cam from senior captain midfielder in the 66th and the final goal of the game was scored by senior captain midfielder Kaelin McGee, resulting in a 6 nil final victory for GHS.  Senior captain goalkeeper Nina Delgadillo earned her third conference shutout of the season.  Woodland Conference:  3-2-0;   Overall:  3-6-0

Game 10 - New Berlin West at Greendale.  The Panthers opened up the game with a majority of possession and had numerous opportunities to score in the first half.  New Berlin scored first in the 21st minute off of a corner kick.  Greendale responded with a goal by Kale McGee with an outside shot from beyond the penalty box in the 45th minute making it 1 to 1 at halftime.  West added goals in the 71st and 78th minutes of the game which ended in a 3 to 1 final in favor of NB.  Woodland Conference:  3-3-0;   Overall:  3-7-0

Game 11 - Greendale at Oak Creek.  Greendale found the back of the net on a shot by Freshman midfielder Tori Donnelly in the 25th minute of the game.  The second for the Panthers came 5 minutes later from Junior midfielder Chloe Lewis.  The third of the half was scored on a break away by Freshman forward Addie Stott (Lewis assist) making it a 3 nil halftime score.  The Knights scored immediately after the break and added a second shortly after bringing it to a 3 to 2 score.  Senior midfielder Desa Vorkapich added a goal in the 59th minute (Lewis assist) and Chloe Lewis added another in the 63rd minute on a long range shot making it a 5 to 2 win in favor of GHS.  Woodland Conference:  3-3-0;   Overall:  4-7-0

Game 12 - West Allis Central at Greendale.  The game ended after 45 minutes of play, a 10 nil score in favor of Greendale.  Goals were scored by Anna Turdo (assist Mari Williams) in the 3rd minute, Addie Stott in the 8th minute, Anna Turdo in the 9th minute, Kale McGee in the 10th minute, Chloe Lewis (assist Desa Vorkapich) in the 17th minute, Desa Vorkapich (assist Ella Farley) in the 18th minute, Maddie Filetti in the 25th minute, Danijela Gallo in the 35th minute, Savannah Bailey in the 39th minute and Danijela Gallo in the 44th minute of the game.  Senior goalkeeper & captain Nina Delgadillo earned her 4th conference shutout of the season.
Woodland Conference:  4-3-0;   Overall:  5-7-0

Game 13 - Milwaukee Lutheran at Greendale.  Another game that ended early, after 60 minutes of play.  The first goal was scored by junior Chloe Lewis in the 10th minute of the game.  The second came in the 13th scored by senior captain Kale McGee on a head ball off of a corner served by Lewis.  Likewise in the 19th minute, head ball goal by McGee off of a corner served by Lewis.  The fourth was scored from close range in the 21st minute by Freshman forward Danijela Gallo.  The 5th in the 22nd on a shot in the corner by Chloe Lewis.  The 6th in the 24th and the 7th in the 27th goals of the game by the birthday girl Danijela Gallo (hat trick!)  The 8th came in the 28th by Freshman forward Addie Stott.  The 9th in the 38th on a long range shot by sophomore forward Jovana Pupovac.  The 10th and final goal of the first half in the 45th by Freshman Gabrielle Glatczak, making it a 10 nil halftime score.  The 11th goal of the game came in the 50th by senior captain defender Ella Farley.  A 12th was added in the 52nd minute by senior captain midfielder Desa Vorkapich.  The 13th and final goal of the game came in the 60th and her fourth of the game by Danijela Gallo, resulting in a 13 nil final score.  Senior captain goalkeeper Nina Delgadillo earned her 5th conference shutout of the season. 
Woodland Conference:  5-3-0;   Overall:  6-7-0

Game 14 - Greendale at Tosa East.  Greendale started out well until Tosa scored a goal on a long free kick.  Lady Panthers did have several good chances but unfortunately gave up their second goal on a corner kick with less than a minute left in the first half, 2 nil in favor of Tosa East at halftime.  Panther had a good rally in the last 20 minutes of the game including multiple chances to score, but Tosa scored their third in the second, making it a 3 nil final.  Woodland Conference:  5-3-0;   Overall:  6-8-0

Game 15 - Greendale at South Milwaukee.  First goal of the game was scored in the 22nd minute of the game from close range by Freshman forward Addie Stott.  Second goal was scored with 4 seconds left in the half on a far range cross by junior defender Sarrah DeLong, making it a 2 nil halftime score.  Third and final goal of the game also scored from far range from junior defender Erin Farley, making it a 3 nil final in favor of the Lady Panthers.     Woodland Conference:  6-3-0;   Overall:  7-8-0

Game 16 - Cudahy/SF at Greendale (Senior Night.)  The game ended after 63 minutes of play, Greendale won the game 10 nil.  First goal was scored on a penalty kick in the 6th minute of the game by senior defender & captain Ella Farley.  The second in the 11th minute by junior Chloe Lewis.  The third in the 18th minute by senior Anna Turdo.  Senior captain midfielder Desa Vorkapich found the back of the net in the 23rd, Turdo scored her second of the game in the 25th.  Lewis scored her second of the game in the 44th, making it 6 nil at halftime.  Senior captain Nina Delgadillo scored her first goal of the season in the 50th, as well as her second in the 54th.  Lewis scored once again in the 56th (hat trick) and the final of the game came in the 63rd from senior midfielder & captain Kale McGee.  Goalkeepers Nina Delgadillo, Margaret Shaughnessy and Gabrielle Glatczak earned the shutout. 
Woodland Conference:  7-3-0;   Overall:  8-8-0



Game 17 - Greendale at Whitnall.  Greendale found themselves down 2 nil after 28 minutes of play.  The Panthers finally found the back of the net on a goal by senior captain Kaelin McGee on a long range shot assisted by senior captain Desa Vorkapich, making it 2 to 1 at halftime.   Kaelin responded again in the 56th minute with a throw-in that touched one of the Falcon players and eventually went in.  McGee's third goal of the game came off a head ball from a corner kick served by junior Chloe Lewis in the 61st minute (hat trick.)  McGee's fourth and final goal of the game came once again on a headball served by Lewis in the 85th minute resulting in a 4 to 2 victory.  Woodland Conference:  8-3-0;   Overall:  9-8-0


Game 18 - Greendale at New Berlin Eisenhower.  Lady Panthers had respectable possession in the first half but could not find the back of the net, it was scoreless after the first.  Unfortunately, Eisenhower scored four goals in the second which is how the game ended, 4 nil.  Woodland Conference:  8-4-0;   Overall:  9-9-0

Game 19 - Greendale at Pius XI.  First goal of the game for Greendale came in the 13th minute on a goal by senior captain midfielder Kale McGee, assisted by junior forward Chloe Lewis.  The second came in the 23rd on a goal by Chloe Lewis.  The third of the half was scored by senior captain Desa Vorkapich in the 39th, assisted by Lewis.  It was 3 nil for the Panthers at halftime.  Freshman forward Danijela Gallo found the back of the net in the 65th minute (assist McGee) and the final of the game was scored by senior captain Nina Delgadillo in the 75th minute - 5 nil final in favor of GHS.  Goalkeepers Margaret Shaughnessy and Nina Delgadillo earned the shutout.  Woodland Conference:  9-4-0;   Overall:  10-9-0

Game 20 - Greendale at Kenosha Indian Trail.  Fast pace game in which both teams had opportunities to score.  There were no goals in the game, nil nil final score in this final regular game of the season.  Senior captain goalkeeper Nina Delgadillo earned the shutout.  Woodland Conference:  9-4-0;   Overall:  10-9-1

​Game 21 - Greendale at Tosa West (1st round WIAA D2 tournament.)  Very good evenly matched where both teams had opportunity to score.  Tosa West scored first in the 27th minute but Greendale responded in the 31st on a goal by Freshman forward Addie Stott, making it 1 apiece at halftime.  The game continued at a high pace, both teams playing hard & physical.  Unfortunately, Tosa got a breakaway goal in the 89th minute winning the game, 2 to 1.  Players & coaching staff would like to thank the parents and fans for their support and a great season!  Woodland Conference:  9-4-0;   Overall:  10-10-1
